At His Apothekary, we are committed to delivering high-quality, faith-based hair care products with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping and return policies carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the U.S. only but may offer international shipping in the future.
Processing Time: Please allow 1-7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Method: We ship via UPS Ground Standard Shipping. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Cost: A flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders.
Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an order is returned to His Apothekary due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an undeliverable location, or if the package was not retrieved from a pickup location within the carrier’s holding period, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.
His Apothekary is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer. No refunds will be issued if an order is lost or misdelivered as a result of an incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.
No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued for orders that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
His Apothekary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or household members who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
Upon inquiry, we can provide confirmation of delivery, tracking details, and carrier information for the customer to follow up with the shipping provider directly.
We highly recommend that customers ensure their shipping address is accurate and consider selecting a secure delivery location to prevent lost or stolen packages.
Damaged or Missing Products
We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes transit-related damages or missing items can occur. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged or missing, please email us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
All missing and damaged claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery, along with photo evidence (highly recommended) to ensure proper resolution.
His Apothekary reserves 30 days from the initial shipment date to reship any approved missing or damaged items.
All Sales Final
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Cancellations: Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
